Before I joined Vision Personal Training Shellharbour, I was training daily at the gym, which I loved. However, despite all my efforts, I was feeling increasingly frustrated because I wasn’t seeing any real results. My weight wasn’t shifting, and I wasn’t noticing any changes in my body. I knew I needed more guidance, especially when it came to getting the one-on-one support that would help me break through those barriers.
Joining Vision was a game changer for me. The focus on nutrition, paired with weekly check-ins, completely transformed my approach. In the first 9 weeks, I realised I had been working hard but not necessarily working smart. Following a structured program and eating what my body truly needed helped me see significant progress. I started to notice my body changing in ways that I had been striving for but hadn’t been able to achieve on my own.
As a new mum returning to work, the impact went beyond just physical changes. My energy levels improved, my confidence returned, and I began to feel like myself again. I love how my body has transformed, and more importantly, I love how I feel—strong, energised, and ready to take on any challenge. It’s been an incredible journey, and I can’t imagine going back to how things were before.
