Luke started his fitness journey with Vision Rose bay at 110kg, not feeling himself, not as confident and feeling like his body was getting old. Luke committed himself to 3 Personal Training sessions a week, knuckled down on his nutrition and set strong goals every week. Luke then began to add in consistent solo cardio sessions every week to help push a little further.
Now 18kg’s down and feeling 20 years younger, he has joined the City to Surf Run club and is leading the pack! From barely ¾ of the course last year it looks like Luke may just run the whole thing! Well done Luke! Let’s see how far we can take your success this year!
