When I first started Vision PT, running just 1km would leave me feeling tired. I set a massive goal of wanting to complete a full marathon. There were doubts but with the support of my family who are runners and my Trainer Rachel - it was achievable. Each week goals were set for distance, speed and of course food.
A pre-test of my endurance and determination, I tackled a grueling 30km coastal classic trek alongside my dad.
I am fitter, stronger and 6kg lighter. The next goal is the 50km Trail and then the big one in May also with my Dad, The Ultra 100km!
From 1km to 100km in 12 months - I am very happy with that. My whole lifestyle has made a massive turn around for the better
